We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Our delivery network covers over 20,000+ pin codes nationwide, ensuring your precious jewellery reaches you safely.

For remote areas, delivery may take additional time. Please contact us to confirm delivery availability to your specific location.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or for custom orders.

Custom jewellery pieces may require additional processing time of 7-14 business days. We will notify you of the expected delivery date for custom orders.

Your jewellery is packaged with the utmost care and security:

• Insurance coverage for the full value
• Discreet packaging for security
• Signature required upon delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
• SMS updates on delivery status
• Real-time tracking through our website
• Delivery notification

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

We make up to 3 delivery attempts at your specified address. If delivery is unsuccessful:

• Package will be held at the nearest delivery center
• You will be notified to collect the package
• Package will be returned to us after 7 days
• Return shipping charges may apply

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding our delivery network to serve customers globally.
